Franchise & multi-location

One supplier for every location

Managing supplies across 10, 50, or 500 locations means inconsistency is your biggest enemy. A location running out of receipt paper mid-shift costs more than the paper itself.

Paper Roll Products works directly with franchise operators and corporate supply teams to establish account pricing, standardize SKUs across locations, and ensure consistent availability — so your managers are ordering paper, not chasing it.

Single account, all locations — one login, one invoice, centralized ordering
Volume pricing — case-quantity breaks that improve with total order volume across locations
Standardized SKUs — same part numbers, same spec across every location, no substitutions
Dedicated account rep — one contact who knows your business and your equipment

Impact Printers & Heat-Exposed Environments

Bond Paper for Retail Operations

While most retail POS is thermal, a portion of retail operations still use older dot-matrix or impact printers — and some environments expose receipts to heat or friction that causes thermal paper to fade. In these cases, bond paper is the right choice.

How to tell if you need bond paper: Does your receipt printer have a ribbon cartridge slot? If yes — you need bond paper, not thermal. Thermal paper in an impact printer prints blank.
Dot-Matrix & Impact POS Printers
Older legacy retail POS systems
3" bond 1-ply Ribbon required
Some retail operations still run older dot-matrix or impact POS printers. Bond paper + ribbon is required for these printers — thermal paper will print blank.

Heat-Exposed Receipt Environments
Near heat lamps, sunlight, or friction
Bond — heat-stable Permanent image
Thermal receipts fade when exposed to heat, direct sunlight, or friction. For any application where receipts are stored, taped to surfaces, or near heat — bond paper provides a permanent, fade-resistant image.

Adding Machines & Office Equipment
Back-office & accounting equipment
2 1/4" bond 1-ply
Adding machines and printing calculators in retail back offices use standard 2 1/4" 1-ply bond rolls. Canon, Sharp, Casio adding machines all use this format.
