What's the minimum order to open a wholesale account?
There's no hard minimum to open an account — we work with distributors at every volume level. However, volume-based pricing tiers require minimum monthly commitments. Contact us to discuss what makes sense for your business.
Do you offer drop-shipping so I don't have to hold inventory?
Yes — we drop-ship direct to your end customers on your behalf. We can ship blind (no Paper Roll Products branding on the outside of the package) so your customers see your brand. Same-day shipping on orders placed before 3PM CT.
Can I get custom printed rolls under my customers' branding?
Absolutely. Custom printed rolls are a popular add-on for resellers whose customers want logo receipts or coupon backs. We provide a free digital proof before anything goes to print. Minimum order quantities vary by roll size — contact us for specifics.
How quickly can you ship, and do you offer free shipping?
Orders placed before 3PM CT ship same day. Free commercial shipping is available on qualifying orders. We ship from our Midwest distribution center so transit times are short to most of the US.
Do you provide BPA-Free and Phenol-Free documentation?
Yes. We can provide safety data sheets (SDS), BPA-Free certification letters, and Phenol-Free documentation for any SKU in our catalog. Many of our resellers supply healthcare and food service accounts where this documentation is required.
