Assigning a Micros ID Card on the 3700 Workstation
Follow these steps to set up a new employee ID card on your Micros POS system

Sign in as a Manager on the Micros workstation.

From the Manager Screen, click Manager Procedures.

Click the Employee button.

Use the search to find and select the employee record.

Click Edit ID to bring up the Assign an ID screen.

Swipe the card through the workstation mag card reader. The card number will autofill into both fields.

Click OK to save, then close Manager Procedures.
