What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receipt. We will cheerfully exchange the product, issue a credit, or refund your money. For additional information visit our Shipping & Returns page.

When do orders ship?

Orders are processed daily and most orders ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Allow one to six business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped via UPS or LTL freight.

Do you sell to resellers and distributors?

Yes, we sell to a large network of resellers, distributors, and office supply companies. We can blind ship and drop ship products directly to your customers. We have plain, generic packaging available for our reseller network.

Can I buy custom printed paper rolls?

Yes. We offer custom printed paper rolls including company logos, return policies, and promotional messaging. Visit our Custom Printing page or contact us for more information.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. For large volume orders, call us or submit a quote request with the product description, quantity, and shipping location. One of our sales representatives will contact you the next business day with pricing.

What is thermal paper and how does it work?

Thermal paper is coated with a heat-sensitive chemical layer that reacts when it passes through a thermal print head, producing text and images without ink. It's used in POS systems, ATMs, credit card terminals, and receipt printers across virtually every industry.

What is the difference between BPA-Free and Phenol-Free paper?

BPA-Free paper eliminates Bisphenol A from the thermal coating, replacing it with alternative developers. Phenol-Free paper goes further, eliminating all phenolic compounds from the coating entirely. Phenol-Free is the higher standard and is recommended for healthcare environments and any staff handling receipts frequently throughout the day. We stock both options across key SKUs.

How do I know which paper roll fits my printer?
