  • What is your return policy?

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receipt. We will cheerfully exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money. For additional information, click here.

  • When do orders ship?

    Orders are processed daily and most orders are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm (Central Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.

  • How long does it take to receive an order?

    Allow one to six business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or LTL freight.

  • Does Paper Roll Products® sell to resellers and will you blind ship my order to my customers?

    Yes, we sell to a large network of resellers, distributors, and office supply companies. We can blind ship and drop ship products directly to your customers. We have plain, generic packaging for our reseller network.

  • Can I buy custom printed paper rolls?

    We do offer custom printed paper rolls. From company logos to return policies we offer many options for your custom printing needs. Contact us for more information on our custom printed products.

  • Do you offer discounts on large volume orders?

    If you would like to receive a quote for a large volume order, please call us or send an email with the products description, quantity of order and location to which the order will be shipped. One of our Sales Representatives will contact you the next business day.

  • Who do I call if I have a question?
